About Us

This site is an independent guide to Fireflies.ai — the AI meeting assistant that records, transcribes, and summarises video calls. It exists because the product's name confuses people (no, it does not generate videos), and because choosing a meeting notetaker is easier with a plain-English explanation than a marketing page. If you are new here, start with the main guide.

How we work: we read the official documentation, the company's published pricing, and independent reviews, then write it up in simple words. We do not have access to Fireflies' internal data, and we are not affiliated with the company in any way. Where a number comes from the company itself — like user counts or accuracy claims — we say so, so you know what is marketing and what is verified.

If you spot something outdated or wrong, that is on us — software changes fast. The official site at fireflies.ai is always the source of truth for the product itself.
