Fireflies.ai Pricing Explained

Fireflies.ai has four plans: Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise. If you have not met the product yet, the main Fireflies.ai guide explains what it actually does — but if you already know you want it, here is what each plan costs. The good news is that the core thing — recording and transcribing your meetings — is unlimited even on the free plan. What you pay for is mostly storage, smarter features, and controls for teams. Here is what each plan actually gives you, in plain words.

Free — $0, forever

The free plan is not a demo. You get unlimited transcription and unlimited AI summaries, which means every meeting gets recorded and written up no matter how many calls you have. The limits are: 400 minutes of storage per team (old recordings get trimmed), 20 AI credits, and limited integrations. If you are one person who just wants a few meetings a week transcribed, this can genuinely be enough.

Pro — $10 per seat a month, billed annually ($18 month-to-month)

Pro is for individuals and small teams who use it heavily. You keep everything in Free and add: 8,000 minutes of storage per seat, video recording of meetings, the ability to download transcripts and recordings, AI Skills (automations like auto-sending follow-up emails), and voice agents. This is the sweet spot if you live in meetings but do not need team-wide analytics.

Business — $19 per seat a month, billed annually ($29 month-to-month)

Business is the most popular plan for companies. Storage becomes unlimited, and you get conversation intelligence — analytics on how your team talks on calls, useful for sales coaching — plus team analytics for admins, multi-language mode, and user groups. If you are rolling Fireflies out to a whole sales or support team, this is the tier built for that.

Enterprise — $39 per seat a month, annual only

Enterprise is for large or regulated organisations. Everything in Business, plus single sign-on, audit logs, HIPAA compliance, private storage, custom data retention rules, and a dedicated account manager. If your legal or security team has a checklist, this is the plan that satisfies it.

Which plan should you pick?

• Just trying it out, or light personal use? Start with Free. You lose nothing — and the setup guide gets you from signup to your first recorded meeting in about ten minutes.
• You are in meetings all day and want the smart features? Pro.
• Rolling it out to a team, especially sales? Business.
• Healthcare, finance, or a big company with compliance rules? Talk to them about Enterprise.

A note on prices

These numbers come from Fireflies' official pricing page, but software prices do move. Annual billing is much cheaper than monthly (you save up to 44%), so if you know you will stick with it, pay yearly. Always check the official pricing page for the current numbers before you buy.
